Leaving on March 17, we'll depart Dulles International Airport around 11:00 a,m. After a 13 hour flight on Emirates Airlines (there is only one flight per day going to Dubai), we will arrive in Dubai where we will be met by private, luxury tour buses and English speaking tour guides (March 18).
After a 30 minute comfortable ride, we will arrive at the WYNDHAM MARINA DUBAI hotel. Check-in begins at approximately 2 p.m.
After eating lunch at the hotel restaurant, each traveler will receive a card key and room assignment - individual check in or credit card not needed, however all hotels will scan the passport of each guest.
During your stay, you will have access to free Wi-Fi, ATM, gym, sauna, gift shop, hair salon, and outdoor pool. This amazing 4 star hotel resort provides free shuttle service to the beach and restaurants.
So bring your bikinis, flip flops, sunscreen and club attire.

Last Full Day
On our last full day in Dubai (March 23rd), we will begin checking out of the WYNDHAM MARINA DUBAI at 6 p.m. We will be picked up by our private tour buses at 10 p.m. and make our way to the Dubai International Airport to check-in for our return flight home leaving at 2 a.m. (UAE time) March 24. We will arrive at Dulles at approximately 9 a.m. on March 24th.
During your stay in the UAE, you will enjoy four (4) excursions, with transportation, that are included in your purchase price. All excursions are optional for those planning to create their own excitement.
Information regarding additional excursions will be made available (for an additional cost).

All Day Tour of Abu Dhabi: Full-day tour of Abu Dhabi, with air-conditioned transport. Learn about the history and culture of the UAE’s capital city from an expert guide. Visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque to admire the domes, minarets and rich decorations. Wander around the craft workshops, souks and recreations of Bedouin and the life at the Heritage Village Admire Corniche and breakwater views. Enjoy a buffet lunch (included) at a harbor restaurant. View the striking new cultural centers and museums at Saadiyat Island. See the vast Ferrari World and Formula I race track at Yas Island. Optional: Tickets to The Ferrari World Amusement Park with Transportation, additional $150 per person.
Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner: Experience the best of the Dubai desert on a 6-hour safari that takes you into the dunes on a thrilling ride in a 4x4 jeep. Head to a camel farm and then to a high point in the desert where you can enjoy the sight of the setting sun. Nothing can compare with the magic of the desert sunset, with a gentle breeze blowing over the dunes and the distant call of the muezzin. As dusk falls you’ll move to the desert camp where a delicious BBQ dinner awaits. Start off with some traditional Arabic bread cooked over an open fire. You’ll enjoy the entertainment of a belly dancer and traditional Arabic music, or you can just lie back and relax and listen to the sounds of the desert. During your safari you can also try a camel-ride, get a henna tattoo, and more.
The Modern Dubai Tour: Some of the architecture in Dubai defies belief and on this 5-hour Dubai architecture tour, you get to see its most incredible landmarks up close. Traveling by coach or minivan with an expert guide sharing the story of each sight, marvel at architectural feats such as the sail-like Burj Al-Arab, Burj Khalifa, stunning Palm Jumeirah archipelago and more. Learn how Dubai turned from fishing village to space-age city, gain insight into how each building was constructed, and finish at the Dubai Fountain Show — another of the city’s iconic sights.
Old Dubai Tour: Experience the old town Dubai and city of gold. Start at the creek side to witness the beautiful skyline of Dubai and a walking tour in Bastakiah area. Step back in time and enjoy the atmosphere of Bastakiah, one of the oldest traditional Emirati neighborhoods set in Bur Dubai. Next stop is in the entrance of Dubai Museum, which depicts the traditional and developmental history of Dubai. After the museum, group will transfer to the Abra station (water taxi) to transfer to the Spice souk. Walking further the group will discover a great selection of authentic spices, incense and traditional perfumes. The big entrance of the Gold souk welcomes you to see for yourself why Dubai is called the City of Gold.

Monthly payments of $100 or more, PER PERSON is required to maintain your reservation. Three consecutive months of no payments will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT?
Your reservation is NOT complete until each person occupying the room have completed the online booking process and submitted the $200 deposit. If you wish to mail in your booking information and deposit, please contact us at info@vacationenvyintl.com.
Roommates have 30 days to submit their deposit after the first roommate. Monthly payments should begin 30-45 after booking your reservation.
After you and your roommate complete the required booking and make your deposits, you will receive an invoice from FRESHBOOKS, Inc. within 72 hours. Please check the email address you provided and the SPAM/JUNK folders. You will also receive a Welcome Letter which will provide additional information regarding your reservation. If you don't receive anything within 72 hours, please email us at info@vacationenvyintl.com
After making a monthly or bi-monthly payment, you will always receive an updated invoice within 48 hours of receipt (Freshbooks, Inc. or mail-in). In addition, at the beginning of each month, everyone will receive a copy of their most recent invoice. This won't be a demand for payment, but a friendly reminder of your remaining balance. If you do not receive an updated invoice after submitting a Freshbooks, Inc. payment or notification that your check has been deposited/cashed, please email us and let us know.
REFUND POLICY:
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER BOOKING ONLINE and SUBMITTING YOUR DEPOSIT.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Terms & Conditions, in part:
1) There are no refunds after booking. Please ensure you and your roommate are in agreement with the terms and conditions of this trip.
2) Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation. If a payment is not made within 90 days, your reservation could be cancelled.
3) Failure to pay the full balance by the advertised due date could result in the cancellation of your reservation.
4) A photocopy of your passport will be required 4 months prior to departure. Failure to provide a copy will result in YOU being responsible for purchasing your own airfare.
5) Trips planned by VEI require a moderate amount of walking. VEI can not/will not be responsible for anyone requiring special needs (wheelchairs, lifts, etc).
6) You have been advised to purchase travel insurance, to include cancellation coverage to protect your financial investment.
7) VEI is unable to select air seats and hotel rooms for those reservations within the Group Travel. When booking Group Travel, seat and room assignments are chosen solely by the vendor (airline/hotel).
8) You agree that all written correspondence between you and VEI will be via electronic mail (email). Please provide a valid email address.
9) My traveling partner and I are both US Citizens and have or will obtain US issued passports.
10) Your signature, completed booking form and $200 deposit indicates your agreement with items 1- 9 and the Terms and Conditions provided by VEI.
